These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the digital product "Dollar Africa Guide" by IZIBEX SARL (Douala, Cameroon — NIU M012014379132A) to any customer making a purchase on this site.
Dollar Africa Guide — 2026 Edition, a 102-page digital guide in PDF format, delivered by immediate download after payment, together with the bonuses described on the sales page (checklist, templates, WhatsApp group access).
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price, in FCFA. No additional fees are applied after payment.
Payment is made by Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo) or by bank card via a secure payment gateway. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
As the guide is a digital product, delivery is immediate after payment confirmation, via a dedicated download page. No physical shipping delay applies.
30-day guarantee. The customer has 30 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, with no justification required, by writing to contact@kayadigital.store or via the WhatsApp support group.
Given the digital nature of the product (immediate and irreversible delivery of the file), the standard legal right of withdrawal does not automatically apply, but the publisher voluntarily grants the above guarantee as a commercial gesture.
Purchase of the guide grants a personal reading and use right. Resale, redistribution or republication of the content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
The testimonials and figures presented in the guide and on the sales page reflect real individual experiences but do not constitute a promise of results. The income generated depends on the effort, context and factors specific to each user.

These Terms of Sale are subject to Cameroonian law and the provisions of the OHADA Uniform Act on commercial companies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Douala.
